Do we need to buy new printers? +
Not necessarily. If your current devices are in good condition and suited to your volumes, we may be able to integrate them. Our free print audit assesses your existing fleet and recommends the most economical approach – whether that’s keeping current devices, replacing some, or consolidating to fewer, better-suited machines.
How does automatic toner supply work? +
We install monitoring software that tracks toner and waste toner levels in real time. When levels reach a low threshold, replacements are automatically dispatched to your office before you run out. You never need to check levels, place an order or worry about running out mid-job.
What happens when a printer breaks down? +
Our remote monitoring often detects issues before they cause a full breakdown. When a fault does occur, call Blowfish and we arrange the repair – parts and labour are included in your contract. There are no callout charges and no unexpected costs.

Yes. We configure pull printing so documents are only released when the right user authenticates at the device – via PIN or card. This prevents sensitive documents being left uncollected on the printer tray and supports compliance requirements for businesses handling confidential data.
