What happens if our depot broadband goes down?
Local depot broadband failing does not affect Freight Fax, the system runs in our data centre. We can also provide 4G/5G failover connectivity for each depot so staff can keep accessing Freight Fax from the depot network even during a broadband outage.
How secure is customer and consignment data in your cloud?
Freight Fax data sits on our privately owned UK infrastructure, ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus certified, with Cisco Duo MFA on every account and 24/7 monitoring. Customer and consignment records never leave the UK and are subject only to UK law.
Can drivers access Freight Fax on mobile devices?
